Berry Delicious Healthy Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (I use frozen organic)

  • 1-2 cups of greens (kale/spinach)

  • 1/4 ripe banana (can omit banana for lower sugar option)

  • 1 serving protein powder (I like Marigold, EquiLife Daily Nutritional Support and Kion)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or any unsweetened nut butter or avocado for a healthy fat)

  • 1-1 1/4 cup almond or other non-dairy milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)

  • Cinnamon

Optional ads:

  • Spirulina powder (superfood)

  • Maca powder (superfood)

  • Acai powder (superfood)

  • Greens Powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! 

Recommend placing all the leafy greens at the bottom of blender for an easier blend.
