Berry Delicious Green Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup blueberries (I use frozen organic)
1-2 cups of greens (kale/spinach)
1/4 ripe banana (can omit banana for lower sugar option)
1 serving protein powder (I like Marigold, EquiLife Daily Nutritional Support and Kion)
1 tbsp almond butter (or any unsweetened nut butter or avocado for a healthy fat)
1-1 1/4 cup almond or other non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)
Cinnamon
Optional ads:
Spirulina powder (superfood)
Maca powder (superfood)
Acai powder (superfood)
Greens Powder
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
Recommend placing all the leafy greens at the bottom of blender for an easier blend.
