Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen cauliflower (Florets)
1/4 cup frozen Raspberries (Organic)
1/4 cup frozen Strawberries (Organic)
1/4-1/2 Banana (Ripe)
1 tbsp ground Flax Seed (May substitute for chia seeds)
1 cup vanilla Protein Powder (I like Equilibrium Nutrition, Marigold and Kion)
1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk (Any non-dairy milk (I like @califiafarms) Add more water if needed.
1 tbsp pink Pitaya/dragon fruit Powder (I used Suncorefoods powder )
2 tbsps granola (paleo Friendly) (optional)
sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes (optional topping)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Adjust liquid to achieve your desired consistency. You can make this into a regular smoothie by adding more water/milk. Enjoy!
