Lemon Cauliflower Smoothie (Bowl)
INGREDIENTS:
1 Lemon (juiced)
1/2 Banana
1 cup Frozen Cauliflower
2 tbsps Coconut Butter (Coconut Mana)
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp flax or chia seeds
4-6 ounces unsweetened coconut/almond/nut milk and remainder water to achieve desired consistency
Optional toppings: shredded coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Adjust liquid depending on if you want a smoothie or a bowl. Top with shredded coconut if desired and enjoy!
