Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of organic canned pumpkin puree
1 cup frozen cauliflower (forets or riced)
1 serving of high quality vanilla protein powder (see notes for brands I like)
2 Tbsp nut butter (see below for brands I like)
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice seasoning (or more)
Optional: 1 date or a few drops of monk fruit sweetener
Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, crushed nuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients into a blender until fully combined. Enjoy!
