All too often we miss the opportunity to express ourselves fully, whether that is unleashing your inner creative child or being honest with yourself.⁠

Personally, I spent years (ok decades) unable to speak the truth and quite frankly lying to friends. It started with my middle name (Ida-names after my grandma who I never met), my heritage (100% Italian), my mother's mental health challenges and the impact on my family (bi-polar) and then sneaking around as a teenager (I'll save that for another post ). It's only been the last 5-10 years where I started to open up and speak more freely about my past and the past 18 months where I've shed a lot of the load that I'd been carrying for years.....and boy does it feel good!

You are unique. We are all unique and when we are able to seek knowledge that is pure and truthful we can then accept our uniqueness and express our true authentic voice. ⁠

How would you feel if you could show up every day doing exactly what brings your joy, sparks your creativity and fuels your passion?

My goal is to speak the truth, in my thoughts, in my words and in my actions so that I can allow space for growth, change and deep and meaningful connections. This allows me to be of service to others and empower them to do the same.⁠
